Jag har en känsla av att partipiskorna har gjort sitt så att lagen röstas igenom utan kommentarer. Anledningen till känslan är att den förra voteringen sköts upp eftersom man inte var eniga.
Men man får väl hoppas på att politikerna tar sitt förnuft till fånga denna gången.
